I use Final Cut Pro and Quicktime 7 Pro for video editing on the Mac, and I have tried to save the movies in different formats without any success when opening them on a Powerpoint for PC, the only compression format that worked is Cinepak, but then it looses a lot of resolution, making the clip look poor.

So, I am having LOTS of problems when I insert a movie in my Powerpoint 2004 (Mac) and then try to open the same Powerpoint file on a PC. I use Mac because that is what we have here, and also because it is nicer for video editing.
